The XZ298N is a high-voltage, high-current dual full-bridge driver with standard TTL logic levels and drives inductive loads such as relays, solots, DC and stepper motors. Provides two enable inputs that enable or disable the device independently of the input signal. The emitters of the lower arm transistors of each bridge are connected together, and the corresponding external terminals can be used to connect the external sensing resistor. An additional power input is provided to enable the logic to operate at a lower voltage.
