    8-channel source drivers are useful for interfaces between low-level logic and high-current loads. Typical loads include relays, solenos, lights, stepper and/or servo motors, print hammers, and leds. All devices can be used with 5V logic systems -TTL, Schottky TTL, DTL and 5V CMOS. The equipment package provided is electrically interchangeable and can withstand a maximum output turn-off voltage of 50 V and a minimum operating voltage of 5 V. All devices in this family have integrated input current-limiting resistors and output transient suppression diodes and are activated by active high inputs. Under normal operating conditions, these devices will continuously maintain 120 mA°C and a 15 V power supply for each of the eight outputs at an ambient temperature of +50.
