XL285-2.5 is a micropower dual-terminal bandgap Zener diode launched by Xinluda. They have an operating current range of 20μA to 20mA and have extremely low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. Their on-chip fine-tuning function can be used in applications that require strict voltage tolerance. The rated operating temperature range of XL285-2.5 is -40℃ to +85℃. 285-2.5 also uses low-cost TO-92 package as well as SOIC and SOT-23 package
