XL285-1.2 is a micropower double-terminal bandgap Zener diode launched by Xinluda. They have an operating current range of 10μA to 20mA and have extremely low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. Their on-chip trimming function can be used in applications that require strict voltage tolerance. The rated operating temperature range of XL285-1.2 is -40℃ to 85℃. XL285-1.2 adopts hermetic TO package. XL285-1.2 also adopts low-cost TO-92 package as well as SOIC and SOT-23 package
