    The device is a monolithic, integrated, high-voltage, high-current four-channel driver designed to receive standard DTL or TTL logic levels, drive inductive loads (such as relays, solenoids, DC and stepper motors) and switching power transistors. To simplify use as two Bridges, each pair of channels is equipped with an enable input that provides a separate power input for the logic, and a built-in clamp diode allows operation at lower voltages. The device is suitable for switching applications with frequencies up to 5KHz. XD293-1616 core plastic packaging, in which 4 center pins are connected together for heat dissipation.
