Product details

XL385-1.2 is a micropower double-ended bandgap Zener diode launched by XINLUDA. They have an operating current range of 10μA to 20mA and have extremely low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. Their on-chip fine-turning function can be used in applications that require strict voltage tolerance. The rated operating temperature range of XL385-1.2 is 0℃ to 70℃. 385-1.2 also adopts low-cost TO-92 package as well as SOIC and SOT-23 package
