Product details

    Each circuit functions as a 2-input NAND gate, but has different input threshold levels for positive signals (V-T+) and negative signals (V-T-) due to the Schmitt action.

The circuits are temperature compensated and can be triggered from the slowest input ramps and still provide expensive, jitter-free output signals.

The XD74LS132 is characterized for operation from 0°C to 70°C.
