Product details

The XD2002 device is a high voltage and high current Darlington transistor array. Each pair consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs with a high voltage output and a common cathode clamp diode for switching inductive loads. The collector current rating for a single Darlington pair is 500 mA. The Darlington tube can be shunt in parallel to give it a higher current capability. The XD/L200X device is specifically designed for use in 14-V to 25-V PMOS devices. Each input of the device has a Zener diode and a series resistor to control the input current at a safe limit.
