Overview

Product details

The XD2003 device is a high voltage and high current Darlington transistor array. Both consist of seven NPN Darlington pairs with high voltage outputs and a common cathode clamp diode for switching inductive loads.
The collector current rating for a single Darlington channel is 500 mA. Darlington tubes can be shunt in parallel to achieve higher current capacity.
The XD/L200X device is specifically designed for use in 14-V to 25-V PMOS devices. Each input of the device has a Zener diode and a series resistor to control the input current at a safe limit. The base string of each channel has a 2.7KΩ resistor for direct communication with TTL or 5-V CMOS devices.
