Overview

Product details

The XD2004 device is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. Each pair consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs with a high voltage output and a common cathode clamp diode for switching inductive loads.
The collector current rating for a single Darlington pair is 500 mA. Darlington pairs can be shunt in parallel for higher current capabilities.
The XD/L200X device is specifically designed for use in 14-V to 25-V PMOS devices. Each input of the device has a Zener diode and a series resistor to control the input current at a safe limit.
The XD2004 device has a 10.5-kΩ series base resistor that allows direct connection of CMOS devices, using a supply voltage of 6 volts to 15 volts. The input current of XD2004 devices is lower than that of XD2003 devices.
