Product details

This 4-bit magnitude comparator performs comparisons of straight binary and straight BCD (8-4-2-1) codes. Three fully decoded decisions are made for two 4-bit words (A, B) and are available externally at three outputs. The device is fully scalable to any number of bits without the need for external gates. Longer words can be compared by cascading comparators. A>B, A
