Product details

These hexadecimal buffers and drivers have high voltage open collector output interfaces with high level circuits or drive high current loads. They are also described as buffers that drive the TTL input. The rated output voltage of the XD74LS07 device is 30 V. The maximum filling current is 40mA.
Compatible with most TTL series. The input is clamped by a diode to minimize the transmission line effect, simplifying the design. The typical power consumption is 140mw and the average transmission delay time is 12ns.
