Product details

The XD14051, XD14052, and XD14053 analog multiplexers are digitally controlled analog switches. The XD14051 effectively implements the SP8T solid-state switch, and the XD14052 implements the DP4T. The XD14053 is a triple SPDT. These three devices are characterized by low on-impedance and extremely low turn-off leakage current. The analog signal can be controlled to reach the complete voltage range of the power supply.
