Product details

    The XD4052 is a differential 4-Channel multiplexer with havingtwo binary control inputs,a and B, and suppression inputs. Two binary input signals are selected 1 4 dual channel beturned to connect analog inputs and outputs.

  •    Low on-resistance. 1250 (typical value) above the 15V-P-P signal input range. V-DD-V-EE=18V

  •    High turn-off resistance. Channel leakage ± V-DD-V-EE=18V is 100pA (typical value)

  •    3V to 20V (V-DD-V-SS=3V to 20V) Logic level conversion of digital addressing signals. To switch the analog signal to 20V-P-P (V-DD-V-EE=20V)

  •    Match the switch characteristics. For V-DD-V-EE=15V. r-ON=50 (typical value)

  •    Very low static power consumption in full digital control input and power supply conditions. 0.2μV-DD-V-SS=V-DD-V-EE=10V W (typical value)

  •    On-chip binary address decoding

  •    5V, 10V and 15V parameter ratings

  •    100% test static current is 20V

  •    Maximum input current 1 μ18V over the entire package temperature range. 100nA°C at 18V and 25 V

  •    Break before pass switching eliminates channel overlap
