XD548 is an 8-bit serial A/D converter chip, which adopts CMOS technology. It realizes A/D conversion by 8-bit switch capacitor successive approximation method. It can be serially interfaced with general microprocessors and controllers through three lines of CLK, CS, and DATAOUT to form various low-cost measurement and control application systems. It has a 4MHz on-chip system clock and software and hardware control circuits. The maximum conversion time is 17μs, and the sampling rate of XD548 is 45500 times/s.
Other functions The maximum total offset error is ±0.5LSB, and the typical power consumption is 6mW. It adopts differential reference voltage high-impedance input, anti-interference, and can calibrate the conversion range according to the proportional range. VREF+-VREF-≥1V, which can be used for sampling smaller signals. "
